Location: Kenvil, NJ – Hybrid eligibility after 6 months
Salary: $85,000 Base + Uncapped Commissions (OTE $170k) + Benefits

Typical Hours: M-F, 8:30am – 5pm ET
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: Less than 10% for trade shows and client meetings

[HYBRID] Account Executive Description
Our client, a promotional products company, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in Kenvil, New Jersey. In this role, you’ll own and grow a pipeline of warm leads, dormant accounts, and trade show contacts. You’ll work the phones daily to engage prospects, understand their needs, and recommend solutions, managing each opportunity from first conversation through closed business and delivery. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and isn’t afraid of high-volume outbound calling. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional motivated by uncapped earning potential and room for growth.
After 6 months, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid schedule.
[HYBRID] Account Executive Responsibilities
• Learn and communicate the company’s capabilities and product offerings
• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, trade show contacts, and lapsed accounts
• Present product solutions using samples, catalogs, and digital tools
• Prepare quotes and customer agreements
• Estimate delivery timelines and effectively manage customer expectations
• Maintain records of transactions, activities, and client communications
• Travel to attend trade shows and occasional client meetings
[HYBRID] Account Executive Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume, outbound sales environment required
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings required
