What You Can Expect

This position is focused on growing sales and development of sales strategies aligned with corporate growth plans in the assigned division and territory. 

How You'll Create Impact

  • Field based in the area of operation. This person will work with assigned regions. 
  • Work within US Sales and Marketing guidance and communicate with Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Directors on a regular basis. 
  • Identifies market trends, issues and competitive environment in the region of responsibility and forms tactical plans for product brands. 
  • Maintain high level of product category knowledge through staying current in published information and industry educational meetings. 
  • Conduct sales presentation to surgeons and sales associates.

  • Extensive clinical and Trauma sales knowledge to maximize effectiveness to the field. 
  • Knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies. 
  • Understanding of the sales and marketing functions. 
  • Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. 
  • Understanding of how to identify market trends. 
  • Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities.

Your Background

  • B.A / B.S in biomedical engineering, marketing, sales or equivalent plus 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered. 

Travel Expectations

  • Up to 60%, predominantly by car, depending on territory. 
  • Less than 20% overnight travel.

This role has a salary of $60,000 annually + bonus
