Head of Product Management - Security

MI AN is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy, execution, and commercial success of the NetGuard Security portfolio. This role is accountable for defining and scaling Nokia’s security product business across identity, endpoint, certificate management, and SOC-driven solutions, addressing the evolving cybersecurity needs of telecom operators and enterprise customers.

The role requires a strong leader with deep cybersecurity domain expertise, track record in security for telecommunication/critical networks, and experience leading global teams. You will shape the future of Nokia’s security portfolio, drive innovation (AI, cloud-native, SaaS), and position Nokia as a trusted partner in mission-critical and regulated environments.
