What You Bring
- Must have at least one year of previous sales/admissions/marketing experience in the skilled nursing industry.
- A natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust with diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confidence navigating EMRs and referral tracking tools
- A results-driven mindset balanced with genuine compassion and service
