About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Arista) to drive vendor growth in the Czech market.
In this role, you will be responsible for building Arista’s presence, developing go-to-market strategy, and growing the partner ecosystem within the local distribution environment.
You will work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to expand business opportunities and strengthen vendor positioning.
What You’ll Do
• Build and execute go-to-market plans for Arista networking solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners
• Develop relationships with partners, system integrators, and end customers
• Drive sales growth and support commercial negotiations, pricing, and deals
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and overall business performance
• Support marketing activities, events, and vendor programmes
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure execution
• Establish and grow Arista’s market presence in Czech Republic
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in business development, sales, or partner management
• Strong commercial skills with clear communication and confident presentations
• Fluent in English and Czech
• Background with technology, IT distribution, or an IT partner or reseller would be a strong advantage
