Student Success Coach & Enrollment Advisor (Part-Time Contractor)
Location: Fully remote (U.S.)

As a Student Success Coach and Enrollment Advisor, you will support learners throughout
their journey at EnGen—from enrollment and onboarding to ongoing engagement,
persistence, and career success. You will provide personalized coaching that helps learners
stay motivated, overcome language barriers, build confidence, and develop career-ready
English skills connected to meaningful career opportunities. This role also includes supporting
enrollment and re-enrollment efforts, guiding learners through onboarding, and helping
remove barriers to participation. Success in this role requires empathy, strong communication
and organizational skills, and a passion for helping learners achieve career advancement and
economic mobility.
