Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Broadcast Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of video, photo, and media productions for Hong Kong Disneyland. You will work closely with internal teams and external production partners to ensure smooth, high‑quality content creation that supports key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate video and photo shoots from pre‑production through delivery.
  • Partner with Creative, Activation, and external production houses to support shoot planning, schedules, and budgets.
  • Assist in developing creative ideas for media projects and support execution with broadcast/media partners.
  • Provide simple asset filing, basic editing, and library support when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in video/film production, media, or related fields.
  • Strong project coordination skills; able to manage tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of production workflows and creative development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners.
  • Ability to uphold Disney brand standards and problem‑solve under pressure.
