US-NE-US-Handling - Ties - Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for performing the daily processing of inbound/outbound shipments and keeping records of all products shipped and received.  Develop shipping documents and ensure all orders have been filled correctly.Responsibilities: Assure inbound trucks have proper documentation and verify incoming shipments through physical counts Order truck and rail cars for shipment Track demurrage reasons related to rail cars Process outbound shipments in a timely manner and assure proper documentation and correctness of material involved including a photo log Consolidate paper flow from yard and post correct information to proper location or person Monitor shipments to ensure that customer specific requirements are met Participate and contribute to company safety program Perform other related duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
