Department Overview
This position is within the HR organization of the Communications & Energy Company at Rakuten Group, Inc. The Communications & Energy Company oversees businesses such as Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Energy. Our HR team provides comprehensive support not only to our own division but also to various other businesses and services, including Rakuten’s core operations.

Position Details
You will primarily support our business units by handling labor-related tasks. This role offers the opportunity to gain extensive HR experience by working across a diverse range of services, from large-scale established platforms to small-scale services in the startup phase.
As an HR professional working closely with the business, you will be positioned to act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), allowing you to directly contribute to business growth.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting labor-related interviews/counseling.
- 3+ years of experience in HR with a primary focus on labor management and employee relations.

- Business level English
