Pay rate : $20.00 per hour Schedule: 5:30 pm - 9:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Location:  Nashville, TN    What You Will Do (Responsibilities): As a Shift Supervisor, you will balance hands-on cleaning with team leadership to ensure our building stays spotless. Team Leadership: Supervise evening employees, delegate tasks, and coordinate with the team to complete special cleaning projects. Manager Support: Assist the Manager in quality control, ensuring the building is cleaned efficiently and meets our high-standard scope of work. General Cleaning: Lead by example by performing general cleaning duties, including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms. Safety & Efficiency: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and duties are completed within the designated shift. What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Experience: 1–3 years of janitorial, commercial cleaning, or supervisory experience required. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse team. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift. Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and a positive leadership attitude.
