Job Description
- Develop and execute the team's strategy, present to executive stakeholders, and lead a team by providing mentorship, professional development, and coaching.
- Lead the execution of product testing programs, including the design, tracking, and coordination of the team's projects, while also overseeing all operational logistics such as hardware distribution and returns.
- Provide technical judgment on areas impacting users and program goals, including build strategies, feature readiness, bug triage, and the development of new tools or data dashboards.
- Manage all communications with executive and cross-functional leaders, and oversee the team’s community engagement strategy, including user recruitment, marketing, and direct engagement.
