As a Talent Sourcer, You Will… Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Think outside the box to research, identify, and engage top talent across various sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and employee referrals to generate high-quality leads. Nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience. Track sourcing performance through data and provide insights to enhance recruiting strategies. Support special sourcing projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. As a Talent Sourcer, You Have… Experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. A passion for research, networking, and creative talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
