Director - Lease Advisory

We are seeking an MRICS Surveyor to join the Avison Young commercial Lease Advisory team in Bristol and would consider those from Associate to Director level.   This person will join Avison Young to work on an existing rent reviews, lease renewals and third party expert witness reports across the main commercial sectors of Industrial, Offices and retail.  Other associated work will include acting on lease regears, break clauses and related leasehold strategic advice.   You will interface with clients directly and develop relationships for ongoing work.
