
Aquatics Concierge Associate

GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Aquatics Director, the aquatics concierge is responsible for creating a memorable experience for members and guests enjoying the aquatics recreational facilities. Concierge staff will create a positive first impression and maintain a clean and inviting area. Individuals must have a professional and positive attitude and be able to work weekends throughout the summer.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintains the highest quality of customer service
- Cross trains with all other departments in order to understand their services offered
- Enforce club and aquatic policies
- Instills excellent guest service standards in all situations
- Assists members and cast with scheduling and Point of Sale
- Accurately checks members and guests in for all appointments and/or classes
- Accurately closes out members and guests for their service(s)
- Maintains appropriate and timely communication via phone, text, [email protected] email, or in person
- Professional liaison between members and instructors
- Attends all department meetings
- Upholds show ready standard for both aquatics associate and concierge office
- Performs other administrative duties such as data collection and report generation as assigned by management.
