DOMAIN GROUP LEADER (M/W/D)

Key Responsibilities – Leadership People Management • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Classic AUTOSAR engineers across BSW, MCAL, and integration domains. • Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Conduct performance reviews, competency assessments, and career development planning. • Manage resource planning, task allocation, and team workload distribution. • Act as a communication bridge between engineering teams, project management, quality, and customer-facing functions. Key Responsibilities – Technical • Oversee design, development, integration, and validation of Classic AUTOSAR stack components following FORVIA HELLA’s engineering standards. • Review AUTOSAR architecture, module configurations, and embedded software implementation. • Guide the team in debugging, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis across BSW/MCAL layers. • Drive improvements in development workflows, configurations, automation, and integration quality. • Collaborate with global FORVIA HELLA teams to ensure alignment on architecture, platforms, and software reuse. Project Delivery Responsibilities • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, and integration artifacts. • Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks early, and drive mitigation actions. • Coordinate with Project Managers and Program Leads for seamless execution. • Provide technical direction and support for customer escalations
