CNC Set-Up Machinist

The CNC Set-Up Machinist runs and performs set-up for CNC machines and manual machines to meet production requirements. The CNC Set-Up/Machinist uses lean manufacturing and 5S concepts, cleans and organizes all tooling, machinery and work areas when finished with each job. The employee uses all measuring equipment, including hand tools, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparator, bore gauges, SPEC related equipment and any shop-built gauges or tooling.
