Your Role
As a Content Operations Analyst, you will support the end-to-end content publishing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across global distribution platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track, resolve, and optimize content operations, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
On-Time Publishing Operations
Track the delivery of content components (Artwork, Metadata, Video, Global Localization), ensuring accuracy and monitoring progress through to successful publication.
Identify, escalate, and follow up on delivery issues, working closely with resolver teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Analyze content fulfillment findings, forecast trends, and identify operational challenges and dependencies to improve processes.
Contribute to post-mortems, case studies, and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing on-time content availability and customer experience.
Adopt and support new operational projects and tools, including the execution of complex runbooks and procedures.
General Content Operations
Support broader content operations activities as needed, including:
Content QA / QC
Content publishing and scheduling
Localization workflows
Rights availability tracking
Project coordination related to content delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Audiovisual Studies, Image and Sound, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience in multimedia QC/QA, content publishing, project/program management, DTC, or content operations.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Self-starter who thrives in deadline-driven, fast-paced environments.
