The HR Compliance Specialist must be located in Louisiville, KY as the role will be based in office on a hybrid basis. The role serves as a highly autonomous, cross‑functional role that is responsible for enterprise-wide HR regulatory compliance within a healthcare environment. This role combines adjudication oversight, advanced leave and accommodation governance, and employment compliance strategy.
