Job Description
Under the direction of the Director of Restaurants/Services, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of Banquet Catering. Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for successful banquet functions. High school diploma or GED. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of banquet supervisory experience. Must be friendly, personable, well groomed, organized, professional and able to multi-task. Individual must speak, write, and read English. The primary responsibility is to ensure our "Extraordinary" guest service
