Client Support Analyst

About the Role

The InvestCloud team is looking for a Client Support Analyst specializing in Product Support for Naviplan in India with the technical skills, customer focus, and a drive to deliver innovative solutions to the challenges faced by today’s investment managers. This position will be part of a team responsible for supporting financial applications for InvestCloud and its clients in a manner that exemplifies a culture of “Client Focus” with a sense of urgency around servicing client needs and requirements. Prior experience in supporting cloud-based applications, Portfolio Accounting, Trade Order Management, and other software in the Capital Markets industry is highly desirable.
