Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)
Language Requirement: English B2+ / C1 (mandatory)
Role Summary
As a Thought Leadership Analyst at Capgemini, you will be responsible for transforming data into strategic insights that drive decision-making and strengthen client relationships. This role combines advanced analytics, market understanding, and storytelling to create high-value narratives that position Capgemini as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage internal and external data sources, combining analytical rigor with storytelling to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop forward-looking, data-driven narratives addressing industry trends, business challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Proactively identify key business questions and collaborate with teams to align insights with client goals and priorities.
- Conduct primary and secondary research using internal data, market intelligence, and external benchmarks.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights tailored to specific industries, client segments, or strategic initiatives.
- Create deliverables such as presentations, white papers, executive briefs, and other materials with strong visual storytelling.
- Measure the impact of thought leadership initiatives on client engagement, brand positioning, and sales enablement.

Strong interest in understanding emerging trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. Ability to go beyond surface-level data to uncover meaningful insights.

Structured approach to problem-solving, including breaking down complex challenges, evaluating alternatives, and connecting insights across multiple data sources. Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning skills are required.

Knowledge of the U.S. market, retail landscape, and consumer/shopper behavior, with the ability to contextualize insights within these environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields (advanced degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, analytics, or consulting, preferably within CPG or market research environments.
- Experience working with syndicated data and market research methodologies.
- Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), as well as PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English level B2+ / C1 (mandatory, both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the U.S. market and consumer behavior (preferred).
