Job Responsibilities
- Managing quantitative and qualitative research projects from inception through to delivery
- Effective communication with clients and stakeholders
- Being the key point of contact for clients on project-related matters, taking a proactive approach to develop knowledge of the client’s business.
- Effectively managing relationships with suppliers and with internal operations colleagues to ensure the objectives of the research are met and on budget
Desired Skills And Experience
- Good quantitative and qualitative social research skills, and ability to comfortably pick up projects and deliver day-to-day
- FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device industry background preferred
- Around 5 years of agency or in-house experience
