Job Description
In this role, you will proactively identify and acquire new B2B customers, focusing on new business development (hunter sales) Contact industrial decision makers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face‑to‑face meetings Also, you will lead structured discovery and needs‑assessment discussions to understand customer operations, applications, and growth potential Identify real business opportunities and position the company’s products and services to deliver measurable value Actively build new customer relations, while driving expansion in technical and industrial applications Proactively propose new applications and solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to offer coordination and contract closing Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline management in the CRM system, in line with defined sales processes You will work closely with technical experts, inside sales, and sales management to develop complex customer solutions and joint sales opportunities Furthermore, you will actively contribute to regional revenue planning and take ownership of achieving assigned sales and new business targets
