Regulatory Affairs Nationals Coordinator

Job Description

You will be part of the Regulatory Department where both individual responsibility and teamwork are particularly important. You will be responsible for printing and assembling packaging materials for medicines in cooperation with colleagues who are acquiring marketing authorization for parallel imported medicines in the EU. Our aim is also to create efficient re-packaging methods for our different production sites, and you will have a key role in enabling this. We consistently evaluate our operational processes, and your role will be to implement the necessary optimizations to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Work in cooperation with Regulatory Coordinators creating the necessary documents for parallel import licensing and overseeing packaging material creation and maintenance:

    • Mock-up creation using the available machinery: printer, plotter, label printer, Braille printer, camera;

    • Maintain data and files of packaging materials;

    • Create photo documentation about the re-packaged medicine sample prepared for licensing; 

  • Administrating tasks in the department’s task management tool; 

  • Working in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and with addition of Office 365.

We are looking for you, if you have:

Excellent communication skills, a strong ability to identify and solve problems and an open‑minded, adaptable mindset in a fast‑paced environment. You can navigate complex cross‑functional situations with agility, understand the importance of Compliance and combine attention to detail with a clear, high‑level value chain perspective.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar or relevant role; 

  • Experience in packaging creation or industrial design; 

  • Experience or advanced knowledge with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Office 365; 

  • Conversational level of English (written and verbal);

  • Strong eye for visual composition.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Relevant education degree (graphic designer, industrial designer, packaging designer, pre-press work, copy-editing, etc.);

  • Photography experience.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day + lunch break;

  • 3 days in the office 2 days home office.
