Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Houston, United States. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing and expanding our client portfolio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the company's success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
