Specimen Processor

The Specimen Processor supports laboratory operations by performing pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic tasks, including specimen accessioning, preparation, labeling, storage, shipping, and data entry. This role ensures accurate specimen handling, maintains patient confidentiality, resolves specimen issues, and supports inventory and workspace organization while meeting productivity goals. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, data entry and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in laboratory, production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is preferred. The position requires handling biological specimens, lifting up to 40 lbs., multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
