Who we are looking for:
As a part of the Project/Program Management Office, candidate will be responsible for supporting the project documents, meeting notes, action items, and decisions are organized and current.
Support communication across project teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and vendors.
Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries on project health, budget, risks, and progress. Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and controls.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in PMO reporting, tools, and governance practices.
Candidate will closely work with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement transformation strategies.

What you will be responsible for:
- As an Apprentice – PMO you will: Support the PMO team in maintaining and reporting all matters related to project and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and maintain required data and details.
- Identify risks and issues that may impact the process and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitates communication between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of updates and changes.
What we value:
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of Project management and documentation.
- Above average in computing skills Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Above average in computing skills especially MS Excel.
