Job Description
1. Responsible for independently achieving the branch budget for the Agri & Domestic segments in
assigned territory.
2. Train the Dealers and Dealer personnel and promote business with their support
3. Finalise the order intake targets for dealers and monitor their performance on daily basis
4. Identify potential dealer to replace ineffective dealers and tap the untapped areas.
5. Establish retail pricing to sub-dealers and mechanics.
6. Implement effective advertisement campaign and Sales promotion activity
7. Facilitate warranty resolution with the help of ASC/Service coordinator
8. To assist in appointment of ASCs for effective after sales support and impart training to them
9. To intervene and resolve issues pertaining to order execution as and when required
10. Ensure proper documentation with respect to dealer targets, MOUs, Agreements and extension
letters
11. To provide accurate indenting and forecasting.
12. Ensure proper approvals of project pricing and FOC approval
13. Will be responsible for conducting market survey and business development activities for Direct
business
14. Ensure all the ISO processes, agreements and instructions are adhered with respect to C4C &
Indenting
15. Coordinate with TSS on Pre and Post Order activities for market study, new product development
and also new applications
16. To ensure segment guidelines are followed strictly
17. To ensure risks are properly identified and flagged
