The College invites applications for a Co-Curricular Program Manager. Responsibilities:
Reporting to the College's Assistant Director of Administration and Operations, the Co-Curricular Program Manager is responsible for managing assigned undergraduate co-curricular programs in the College. The incumbent oversees detailed project planning and support for the undergraduate research programs, including Undergraduate Teaching and Research Awards (UTRA), Research @Brown (RAB), Global Research Awards, Excellence in Research Mentoring (ERM), and the annual Summer Research Symposium. The incumbent also serves as a collaborator on the College’s SPRINT program, backing up key responsibilities for the program to ensure continuity in programming throughout the year. Major responsibilities include application process development, streamlining, and oversight; frontline program advising, outreach, and communication with key campus constituencies including faculty and students; maintaining and updating complex databases; and management of the College’s website. This position also provides back-up support to assigned programs within the College’s Operations team and general administrative support for the College’s office-wide procedures and processes.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in higher education.
- Experience, interest, and commitment to working with people from diverse racial, socioeconomic, and other backgrounds and ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse faculty, students, and administrators.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and support a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders .
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-through on complex, multi-deadline projects.
- Fluency with computers and various applications (Google office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web editing platforms such as Drupal, etc.).
- Ability to think strategically about ways to streamline, improve current tasks, and achieve long-term goals.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail to meet deadlines.
- Creativity, motivation, and superior problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated editing and writing ability.
- Judgment and discretion in handling significant, confidential information.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and to working with a diverse campus community.
