The Reg Rad Tech 2 arranges patients for radiological examinations and performs advanced radiological procedures. Produces radiographs (x-rays)to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems. Uses pre-established imaging protocols and departmental policy to perform safe operation of imaging equipment and all functions of the job. Provides complete pre and post education to patients and family. Able to evaluate competency level of others as preceptor. Reports to Supervisor or Manager.
