Job Description
Prepare service proposals for healthcare facilities requiring medical gas system inspections to ensure compliance Manage customer service requests, including technical inquiries, emergency responses, site visits, equipment needs, and shutdown assistance Develop turnkey project proposals by compiling subcontractor quotes, labor costs, specifications, and related documentation Coordinate RFPs, purchase orders, subcontracts, and agreements with the contract’s administrator; Act as primary contact during Pre-construction, communicating work plans, progress updates, and final delivery Interpret project documents to create work plans for timely, on-budget procurement and execution Source and pre-qualify vendors, subcontractors, and specialized services such as offsite fabrication, rigging, and structural engineering; Maintain strong vendor relationships to build a qualified network of service providers Assess risk factors with the project team to ensure readiness Monitor supply chain scope variances and identify potential change orders early Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to price and submit changes in accordance with project controls.
