About the role
As an OT Project Manager within APM Terminals' Global Operational Technology team, you will play a key role in delivering technology deployments that support operational excellence across terminal operations throughout the Americas. Reporting to the Senior Global OT Deployment Manager, you will lead multiple Operational Technology projects, coordinating deployment teams, suppliers, product teams, and terminal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. This role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale technology modernization initiatives, support product adoption, and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment practices across a global network.

- Work on complex technology deployment initiatives that directly support terminal modernization and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple countries and regions.
- Develop leadership capabilities through team management, mentoring, and cross-functional project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Operational Technology products across one or multiple terminal sites.
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plans (PMPs), including scope, schedules, resources, risks, and budgets.
- Manage project execution to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate deployment teams, suppliers, product teams, and terminal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor deployment risks, opportunities, performance metrics, and project progress, implementing mitigation plans as needed.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of deployed technologies.
- Provide regular reporting, demonstrations, and project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Project management experience within operational technology, container terminals, logistics, industrial environments, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of operational technologies such as Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), industrial control systems, industrial networks, or software platforms.
- Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive project management plans and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and work effectively across global, cross-functional environments.
- Experience with testing management, quality principles, defect management, and project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is advantageous.
- English proficiency required; Spanish language skills are considered an asset.

Travel Expectations: Frequent domestic and international travel as required for terminal deployments and site visits
Salary: $170,000 - $190,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
