About Our Team 

Our Strategy and Operations practice supports a broad spectrum of clients’ digital transformation needs, helping organisations navigate and implement change across their most critical business areas. Our capabilities span business modelling, process design and improvement, change management, project management, operating model design, go-to-market strategy, front-to-back digitisation, and IT systems assessment and implementation. 

We work alongside clients to strategise, design, and implement key initiatives across a diverse range of areas, including Strategy and Business Model Design, Customer Experience across Sales, Service and Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations, Procurement, International Development, and Sustainability. Our approach is focused on delivering practical, impactful solutions that drive measurable outcomes across the organisation. 

About the Role 
As part of the Strategy and Operations practice, you will support initiatives that help organisations navigate digital transformation and drive change across key areas of their business. 

In this role, you will work alongside project teams to support analysis, research, and the preparation of deliverables, while also contributing to business development and thought leadership activities. You will gain exposure to a broad range of topics including business model design, operations, customer experience, and transformation projects, building a strong foundation in consulting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

​ Key Responsibilities: 

• ​You will support the project delivery teams by conducting analysis, preparing presentations, attending internal and/or external workshops and meetings, etc 

• You will support the team in the sales process by developing proposals, market propositions etc.   

• ​You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate    

About You 

• Penultimate year students from reputable local or overseas universities, with strong academic performance and a proven track record of co-curricular involvement. 

• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in consulting, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop relevant skills. 

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals who take initiative and bring a results-oriented, self-starter mindset. 

• Strong team players who are resourceful, able to think innovatively, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment, with a service-oriented approach and a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence.
