Job Description
The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Lead is responsible for driving documentation accuracy, coding integrity, and clinical revenue optimization across musculoskeletal (MSK), orthopedic, and related specialty service lines. This role serves as the operational and clinical bridge between providers, coding, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational leadership to ensure documentation appropriately reflects the complexity of care delivered while supporting compliant reimbursement and quality outcomes. The position is a strong collaborator with deep MSK coding expertise, advanced knowledge of Athena workflows, and the ability to lead documentation improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
