SFA Masterdata Associate Analyst
Job Description
Detail Job Responsibilities:
SFA Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Process and analyze SFA data including:
- RO (Registered Outlet) data
- Route visit data
- SFA absence data
Develop, maintain, and distribute SFA performance dashboards. Prepare and send periodic performance reports to stakeholders. Participate in regional SFA performance meetings (2 regions).
Master Data Management & Governance
Manage master data change requests via:
- Email submissions
- Power Automate system
- Outlet Nielsen requests
- Outlet SRC requests
Validate all submitted data before processing. Coordinate with DMS and SFA teams for approved updates. Check and resolve duplicate outlet issues: Review SO GSV data Coordinate with Sales Area for clarification Compile feedback and process final updates Compile and finalize monthly master data change requests. Conduct post-update crosschecks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
RO (Registered Outlet) Data Maintenance & Cleanup
Perform RO cleanup for SFA (Regular & Nielsen categories).
- Deactivate invalid outlets
- Align salesman assignments
Review RO PJP (Permanent Journey Plan). Assign NOO (New Open Outlet) accordingly.
SFA System Requests & Operational Support
Handle SFA-related requests such as:
- SKU Stock Take
- Banner updates
Support operational troubleshooting and user inquiries related to SFA data.
Dashboard & Automation Development
Support SFA Dashboard Automation development:
- Prepare business specifications
- Conduct data validation and checking
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support SFA Everbright Report:
- Data checking
- UAT participation
Collaborate with IT team on weekly SFA projects and system enhancements.
Regular Updates & Collaboration
Provide weekly updates on SFA projects. Participate in SFA team check-ins. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, DMS, and regional stakeholders.
