Under the supervision of the Programme Manager (Risk – Direct Cash Delivery), the incumbent will oversee the management and coordination of all monitoring and evaluation activities related to cash-based programming, developing frameworks, plans, and tools to ensure effective implementation and risk mitigation. Additionally, they will support UNICEF’s broader PM&E functions, including results-based management, reporting, evaluation planning, and promoting accountability and evidence-based decision-making across sectors.
