Position type: Hourly

 

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Summer Intern to support general plant operations at our manufacturing facility. This role will focus on facility upkeep, including painting, cleaning, and maintaining safe, organized work areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a willingness to support various departments as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning of production and facility areas, including floors, equipment surfaces, and shared spaces.

  • Assist with painting projects throughout the plant to maintain and improve facility appearance and safety markings.

  • Support housekeeping efforts by organizing materials, and workspaces in alignment with 5S principles.

  • Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as directed.

  • Help with material handling, trash removal, and waste disposal in accordance with company procedures.

Must be 18 years old

Must have High School Diploma or GED
