Platform Engineer
Job Description
Your Mission
You will help shape the foundation on which our software is built and delivered. As a Platform Engineer, you enable development teams to work efficiently and reliably by providing strong platform capabilities, automation, and self-service tooling.
We are currently in a mixed infrastructure landscape and are actively moving towards an Azure-first platform. You will play an important role in this continuous modernisation and simplification transition, while growing your own skills towards senior and lead platform roles.
What You’ll Do
You will be part of a platform-focused team responsible for building and improving the shared infrastructure and tooling used by our development teams.
More specifically, you will:
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform services with a strong focus on Azure.
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to support reliable, frequent releases.
Create self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity and reduce operational overhead.
Ensure platform security, reliability, and scalability through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with software engineers to understand their needs and translate them into effective platform solutions.
