How you’ll make an impact

1. You will lead the assigned sales team to achieve the overall budgeted business targets. and lead the sales team to align the whole marketing & sales operation policy and procedure. 

2. You will facilitate and manage the collaboration between various stakeholders, e.g. sales team & LBU/JV factories, etc. 

3. You will ensure the living Group’s core values of safety and integrity of the sales team. 

4. You will be responsible in Team management and people development. 

5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

6. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. 

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor / master's degree in engineering related major, especially in power, automation or electric, MBA related as plus. 

2. More than 8 years sales experience and with 3+ years sales team management experience. 

3. Strong leadership, frustration threshold & business results driven.

4. Team management and people development experience. 

5. Adapt to frequent travel. 

6. Good English & MS Office skills.
