You can make a difference as a Maintenance Worker I in our beautiful senior living community, where our residents feel like family. The Glen's 45-acre campus includes 102 Independent Living apartments, 18 Independent cottages, 42 Assisted Living apartments, and a 30-bed new memory care building.
Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining servicing and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment.
- Performs maintenance duties including carpentry repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment repairs, replacing bulbs and fixtures, as needed.
- Completes work orders as directed by the department manage or maintenance lead.
- Performs seasonal work such as shoveling snow as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and fellow employees.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
Experience Requirements: 2 of years’ experience accepted in lieu of high school diploma/equivalency. Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Pay Range: $17.25 - $22.54
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
