What this role is all about
This is the pipeline engine. As Web & Growth Director, you own the commercial output of Infobip’s marketing function more directly than almost anyone. You will own infobip.com end-to-end, drive growth across paid, SEO, and experimentation, and lead ABM and digital programs—and every decision you make will be evaluated against one question: did it move pipeline?
This seat sits on the Marketing Leadership Team. You will work across a global matrix—aligning with regional marketing teams to ensure growth strategy is consistent and executable in every market—and you will work closely with Sales and SDR to ensure lead flow and pipeline creation are always moving in the right direction.
Infobip is a global CPaaS and customer communications platform with strong product depth and a growing enterprise motion. Marketing has been redesigned to run a tighter, more commercially accountable leadership team—and Demand Generation is the seat with the most direct line to revenue.
What you’ll do
Own infobip.com as a revenue channel—global web strategy, information architecture, UX direction, page performance, CRO, and the full web roadmap.
Set the investment thesis and media mix across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and growth experimentation—holding CAC and running experiments that compound over time.
Define and execute ABM programs across enterprise and mid-market segments, owning the technology stack and partnering closely with Sales.
Partner with regional Heads of Marketing to ensure demand generation strategy translates into effective, locally executed programs across all markets.
Partner closely with Sales and SDR to align lead flow, improve lead quality, and optimize the full customer journey.
Lead multi-discipline teams spanning web, growth, and paid—providing the permanent, senior leadership this function needs.
Shape how Infobip competes in key markets with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
What makes you a strong fit
Extensive experience in B2B demand generation, including leadership at Director level or equivalent.
Proven experience owning and driving demand generation strategy with clear commercial accountability.
Deep expertise in paid media (search, social, and programmatic), SEO, and growth experimentation, including management of significant media investments.
Experience leading a B2B website as a strategic growth channel, including web strategy, information architecture, CRO, and roadmap planning.
Experience leading enterprise ABM programs in close partnership with Sales.
Comfortable operating in a global matrix organization, partnering with regional marketing, Sales, and SDR teams.
Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational change and transformation.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
B2B SaaS or technology platform background, ideally CPaaS, communications, or an adjacent sector.
Hands-on familiarity with MarTech: Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, and intent data platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
Experience working with regional marketing teams on campaign execution at global scale.
