Job Description

Join our Business Banking product team focused on improving how frontline teams prepare for client conversations, communicate consistently across channels, and follow up efficiently—while reducing tool switching and workflow friction. In this role, you will help deliver a portfolio of capabilities spanning banker communication enablement, interaction-history clarity, content and insights used for pre‑call planning and follow‑up, and coordination of enterprise dependencies that impact frontline productivity.

You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, legal, controls, and cross‑line stakeholders to run discovery, define workflows and success measures, translate needs into high‑quality requirements (epics/user stories), and drive end‑to‑end delivery through testing and production validation. You’ll also support vendor and delivery governance by improving transparency into outcomes, adoption, and ongoing run costs.
