Under the direction of the Talent Management Executive Director, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization in the development and implementation of a full cycle recruiting and comprehensive onboarding program reflective of the Island Health C.A.R.E.S. values.
