Painter Job Description

 

Painters will:

• Properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings
• Prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections
• Applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Complete the project within the allotted productivity time - resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

 

Painters must demonstrate the following:

• Take Direction and Follow the work order
• Follow all Health and Safety Protocols
• Great communicator
• Accept Accountability
• Be Customer Centric 
• Work Clean and Organized
• Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project
• Work as a Team
• Be able to meet a deadline

 

All Fresh Coat Painters are to complete a background check.
