Summary 

Reconciliation of 1-4 Family Loans In Process GL, post loan transactions, and perform loan coding maintenance. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Reconcile the 1-4 Family Loans In Process general ledger accounts daily.
• Post payoffs for sold 1-4 Family Loans.
• Review & clear loan non-post items.
• Complete monthly VALERI reporting (VA loans).
• Calculate amount due to Berkshire Insurance monthly for HELOC’s.
• Answer phone calls received via the Loan Accounting group extension.
• Serve as backup for Consumer Loan Accounting Representative I primary functions.
• Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
• Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Other specified duties as assigned.
