Manager Behavioral Health Access Center |Full Time Day Shift (25355)

The Manager of Access Center is responsible for the inter- and intra- facility transfers of all patients in Behavioral Health Services. The MAC is responsible for the daily admissions and transfers to all the in-Patient unit(s) in Behavioral Health Services. This position contributes to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance to the Physician, Nurse Manager, RN’s, LPN’s, MHS’s, MHA’s and other unit staff. Can demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving with day-to-day issues related to census management. Provides direct services, including assessment and treatment in the appropriate modalities. Provides supportive case management services.
