MVS业务运营成本核算、运营规划与销售支持
1. 配合销售与产品部、供应链等部门，从技术端对托管服务合同的全成本核算，建立科学、动态的服务定价模型；提供定制化服务，方案的成本与利润分析给予技术支持，助力合同谈判。
2. 分析市场趋势与竞争对手，参与制定医疗设备托管服务的发展战略与年度运营计划。
3. 通过数据分析（如设备开机率、故障率、备件消耗、人工效率）识别成本优化机会，实施技术改进项目，提升托管业务利润率。
4. 供应商管理与生态拓展，负责托管服务所需外部供应商的开拓、评估、认证与管理。
5. 建立供应商分级管理体系与绩效评估机制，确保物料供应质量、成本与技术支持的稳定性。
6. 创新合作模式，与核心供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系，构建弹性供应链。
7. 技术能力与团队建设，配合人力资源部门及MVS人员发展团队，制定并实施工程师技术能力发展规划与认证体系，及统筹内部培训、技术研讨会等能力提升活动，确保团队技能覆盖托管设备范围。
8. 建立技术专家支持网络与知识库，和对重大、疑难提供技术支持。
9. 商务与跨部门支持，配合产品部、销售部等提供技术方案讲解、服务能力展示等商务支持。
10. 为重大客户会议、合同续签、纠纷处理提供技术层面的决策支持。
11. 协同公司各部门，针对MVS业务，反馈设备在客户端的可靠性数据与改进建议，驱动“医疗设备全院托管业务模式”迭代优化。

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Degreed engineers. All on site life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment, able to be performed at customer site. Includes onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, generator diagnostics. Able to make Engineering decisions.
• Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Field Services. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
