Job Description
Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a bright, talented, and motivated individual to work as a full-time Import Post Entry Clerk in the International Department. As an International Post Entry Clerk you will review documents created by International vendors to process for payment as well as reconcile all Customs documents to ensure accuracy. This is an entry-level position.

- Review documents and reconcile data for payment processing to overseas vendors
- Review documents and reconcile data used to clear shipments by customs
- Conduct research: compile data, spreadsheets, etc.
- General clerical duties: copying, printing, filing, and scanning documents, etc.
- Correspond with internal & external business partners
- Create and modify documents using Word, Excel, and Adobe
