Industrialization Process Engineer Job

About the role:

As an Industrialization Process Engineer, you’ll contribute to the Group’s success by:

• Overseeing and coordinating the pilot and scale-up phases for two of our industrialization projects
• Ensuring raw materials and product recipes are being recorded in our internal management system prior to pilot activities
• Building on clear KPI monitoring related to Quality Control
• Collaborating with R&D teams across the US to effectively manage the projects, identify operating gaps, and deliver the pilot in accordance with customer specifications

Key skills and qualifications to succeed in the role:

• A Chemical Engineering or Materials Science degree with either R&D or Manufacturing/Process development experience. Targeting at least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a chemical industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in basic statistical analysis (areas such as Quality Control Plans, Gage R&R, etc.).
• Project management skills – including coordinating across workstreams and planning ahead.
• Strong communication skills, networking ability, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
