We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Green on 4th location. This community has 243 units and underground heated garage parking available. Green on 4th is conveniently located within walking distance to the University of Minnesota campus and Stadium Village in Minneapolis, MN. As the Maintenance Technician, you are responsible in aiding all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
